Professional Background
Natasha Robinson-Link, PhD, is a licensed psychologist who has worked with adults and couples in a range of settings, including hospitals, private practice, and clinics that address behavioral weight loss and eating disorders.
Robinson-Link has extensive training in evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, integrative behavioral couple therapy, and CBT for eating disorders. At the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Mindfulness, she uses mindful self-compassion and emotion-focused therapy to treat conditions that include the following:
