In this Workshop, you will learn:

At times, it can feel impossible to break the cycle of shame and withdrawal. When we do not reach our health goals, we can feel self-reproach, a sense of failure, and defeat. What’s worse is that these feelings often lead us to pull away from others or give up on our goals altogether, which only makes us feel worse in the long run.

To break the shame cycle, we need to reset by setting reasonable and sustainable goals. Only then can we apply mindfulness and mindset strategies to create healthy habits that last. In this webinar, licensed psychologist Natasha Robinson-Link, PhD, will help you recognize patterns of shame and withdrawal. You will learn specific strategies such as:

  • How to set achievable health goals
  • How to use mindfulness approaches to become aware of your emotions and cultivate self-compassion
  • How to reframe and distance yourself from negative thought patterns
  • How to take actions that align with your values
