In this Workshop, you will learn:

What happened to kindness? Where has empathy gone? Can we bring them back? And what are the personal benefits of living in a way that puts love into action?

Cultivating a kind approach to life requires intention and effort — and it is so worth it. Acts of kindness engage the brain’s networks associated with positive emotion, connection, and reward, helping reinforce the emotional states that propel motivation and action toward all sorts of goals. In short, goodness begets goodness, and that virtuous cycle can change the way we relate to the entire world — and ourselves.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • What science tells us about the role of kindness and compassion in supporting mental health, resilience, and human connection
  • Why kindness is not just something we give others — but also something we must learn to offer ourselves
  • How practices of compassion can soften the inner critic and foster a healthier inner dialogue
  • What researchers mean by the “helper’s high,” and how kind actions can create upward spirals of well-being
  • Practical ways to bring more kindness, compassion, and humanity into your daily life
