Professional Background
With more than 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, speaker, and educator, Dr. Saline has worked with thousands of individuals and families living with ADHD and mental health issues around the world. Through therapy sessions, in classrooms, on conference stages, and in everyday conversations with clients, parents, educators, and clinicians, one truth has become very clear: Neurodivergent brains work differently — and that difference is valuable, powerful, and worth celebrating.
Philosophy and Approach
Dr. Saline’s mission is to help people — especially those with ADHD, anxiety, and executive functioning challenges — reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and navigate life with more ease and confidence. Instead of trying to “fix” neurodivergent brains, she helps people understand how their brains work, build skills that support daily life, and embrace who they are with greater compassion and self-acceptance.
